Another way in which this type of flashlight can be used is known as candle mode. When you use it in this way you will need to unscrew the head part of it. Then place this down on a table or any flat surface that you have. Once on the surface take the body (barrel) of your Mini Maglite LED flashlight and put it into the head of it. Then all you need to do is turn the flashlight on and you have an electric candle.
